EasyLife ("we", "us", "our") operates easylife.solutions and its tools, including
the Portfolio Builder (portfolio.easylife.solutions), I Am On (iamon.easylife.solutions) and the
File Converter (fileconverter.easylife.solutions). This policy explains what information we collect,
how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that is the whole point of EasyLife.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — if you sign up for the Portfolio Builder or I Am On, we store your
email address, chosen username and a securely hashed password, plus the profile content you create.
- Messages — if you use our suggestion/contact form, we store the name, email and message you submit
(with a one-time email verification code).
Files you convert
- The File Converter processes your uploaded files on our server and then deletes them
immediately after the converted file is returned. We do not keep, read or share the contents of your files.
We log only anonymous usage facts (which tool was used, file sizes, and time taken) to keep the service running.
Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics — we record page visits, the page path, approximate IP address, browser type and
referring page, so we can understand usage and prevent abuse.

2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the tools you choose to use.
- To let you sign in and manage the content you create.
- To respond to your messages and feedback.
- To measure usage, improve our tools, and protect the service from abuse or fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser local-storage entries:
- Essential cookies — used to keep you signed in and to protect forms (session and security cookies).
- Preference storage — your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
Advertising cookies (third-party). We may in future display ads served by Google, including through
Google AdSense. When that happens:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our
sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting

of third-party vendor cookies at

You can also disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4. Third-party services
- Hosting — our sites are hosted on Hostinger, which processes requests on our behalf.
- Email — we send verification and notification emails via our mail provider.
- Advertising — Google AdSense may be used in future, as described above.
These providers only process data as needed to deliver their service.
5. Data retention
- Converted files are deleted right after processing.
- Account data is kept while your account exists; delete your account to remove it.
- Analytics logs are kept for a limited period and may be pruned.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If you have an account,
you can edit or delete most of your content yourself, or ask us to remove your account entirely.
7. Children
Our tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
